MECHANICAL ELECTRIC INSPECTOR

Qualification :

• Male


• Age max. 25 years old


• SMK / Diploma


• Fresh Graduate


• Able to operate MsOffice


• Responsible, honest and able to work on target

PENGAWAS INFRASTRUKTUR

Qualification :

• Male


• Age max. 26 years old


• Bachelor Degree in civil engineering from reputable university


• Fresh Graduate


• Able to make structure calculations


• Able to operate MsOffice


• Responsible, honest and able to work on target


• Willing to work at Citra Raya Cikupa Tangerang


• FRESH GRADUATE DIII TECHNIC CIVIL or ELECTRO ARE WELCOME.

QS OFFICER – TANGERANG

Qualification :

• Male/Female


• Age max. 27 years old


• Diploma in civil engineering from reputable university


• Min. two (2) years experience in the developer or contractor, preferably has experience as Quantity Surveyor


• Able to make structure calculations


• Able to operate MsOffice


• Able work in a team, responsible, honest and able to work on target


• Must be willing to be placed at Citra Raya Cikupa Tangerang

JR. ARSITEK – TANGERANG

Specification :

• Male/Female


• Age max. 30 years old


• Architectural Engineering graduate (knowledge and passion in Urban Design is an advantage).


• Min. 1 years solid experience in Architectural Design and Working Drawing Documentation


• Fluent in English, both written and oral


• Very good Graphic Skills


• Have good performance, communication and interpersonal skill


• Computer literate/ AutoCad 2D-3D Max, Photoshop, Freehand, Sketchup


• Able to work independently and in a team as well


• Will be placed in Tangerang project

SR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY

Requirements

• Male/Female


• Age max. 35 years old


• Hold Master degree majoring Financial Management


• Hold Bachelor degree major in Technic


• Min. three (3) years experience in Business Development Officer


• Experience in business planning


• Excellent presentation skills


• Analytical thinking, creative, and systematic


• Able to adapt with new situation / information / technology


• Fluent in English, both written and oral


• Able to operate Microsoft Office


• Able to work independently and in a team as well


• Have good performance, communication, and interpersonal skill


• Willing to travel out of town / overseas


• Will be placed in Tangerang
