PPIC STAFF

Qualification :

• Male or female max 30 Years Old


• Candidate must posses at least diploma in engineering or equivalent


• At least 2 years of working experiences in same field


• Good analytical skill


• Maintain and control stock from raw material until finished good

SALES COUNTER

Requirements

• Pria/Wanita


• Usia Maksimal 30 th


• Pendidikan min D3


• Bisa bekerja dalam team atau mandiri


• Jujur, baik dan bertanggung jawab.


• Mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi serta sanggup bekerja keras untuk mencapai target

STAFF MEKANIK

Kriteria :

• Pria


• Maksimal usia 30 tahun


• Minimal SMK Teknik Elektro / Teknik Mesin


• Memiliki pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 2 tahun


• Mempunyai kemampuan di dalam PLC


• Bersedia bekerja secara shift

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements

• Pendidikan Min D3 Akuntansi


• Pengalaman Min 1 Tahun


• Pria/Wanita


• Usia Maksimal 30 th


• Dapat membuat laporan Keuangan


• Mengerti dasar-dasar perpajakan


• Menguasai Ms. Office (Word dan Excel)


• Jujur, teliti, dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik


• Bertangung jawab, dan dapat bekerja secara individu maupun tim

COST ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities

• Create report of COGM and COGS.


• Tracing cost back to underlying activities, cost control.


• Prepare and analyze accounting reports and information.


• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.


• Respond to inquiries from the Management regarding financial results, special reporting requests.


• Monitor and analyze cost ef.

Requirements

• Maximum 35 years old.


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting.


• Familiar with ERP system is a plus.


• Having experience in manufacturing company.


• Deep understanding of cost accounting cycle for job order costing and mass production costing.


• Good analytical skill.


• Attention to details and accuracy.


• Honest, team work orientation and strong leadership.

PURCHASING IMPORT/PURCHASING IMPORT

• Minimum D3 / S1 from reputable University


• Fresh Graduate


• IPK 3,5


• Fluent In English and Mandarin both oral and written


• Willing to work Under Pressure

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end warehouse operations from material receipt, storage, material supply to production until dispatch of finished good for both local and export market.


• Ensure that all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the standard operating procedure.


• Responsible for stock accuracy and to ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately in the ERP system with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance.


• Ensure workplace health and safety requirement are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and the stock.


• Ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Male or Female maximum 35 years old.


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent.


• Having experience with warehousing is a plus.


• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet project dateline and manage changing priorities.


• Possess ability to work in a team as well as independently, high Integrity, mature, outgoing


• personality, self-discipline, fast learner, good interpersonal skills.


• Having knowledge in logistic IT system, warehousing, distribution and transport system.

SUPERVISOR GA

• Mengerti tentang legal dan perijinan perusahaan


• Memiliki pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 5 th


• Memiliki kendaraan sendiri dan minimal SIM C


• Jujur dan ulet


• Memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Create report of Balance sheet, Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, income statement, etc.


• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.


• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.


• Respond to inquiries from the Management regarding financial results, special reporting requests.


• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Male or Female maximum 35 years old.


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting.


• Familiar with ERP system is a plus.


• Having experience in manufacturing company.


• Proficient and understand about accounting (IFRS), tax and business flow.


• Good analytical skill.


• Attention to details and accuracy.


• Honest, team work orientation and strong leadership.

MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve the targets.

• Direct and organize the sales and marketing function, secure and maximize all sales opportunities in line with annual business plan.

• Lead all Sales & Marketing team.

• Building a consumer product distribution system nationally.

Requirements

• Male or Female maximum 50 years old.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Management, Business or Equivalent.

• Minimum 5years experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Having experience with Building Material Company is a plus.

• Strong effective communicator, outstanding selling and negotiation skills.

• Creative and honest.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet project dateline and manage changing priorities.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate his/her team.
