Corporate History

Established in 1985, PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya (ANJ), the holding company of the Austindo Group, has core businesses in oil palm and healthcare services. The group also has minority investment in businesses that it does not control or manage. ANJ is a private Indonesian company, wholly owned by the Tahija family. Prior to 2012, ANJ had been engaged in five business sectors, namely the (i) financial services, (ii) healthcare, (iii) agribusiness, (iv) energy (non-operation) and (v) “other business” (including tobacco, trading and mining). In early 2012, we refocused and restructured our business to concentrate on food (comprising of palm oil and sago) and renewable energy sectors while maintaining our investments in the abovementioned other businesses.

INVESTOR RELATIONS SENIOR STAFF

Job Purpose : 

Manage the communication of various aspects related to the company’s buisness and financial performance to investors and analysts as part of good corporate governance practice (principle of transparency)

Main Responsibility :

• Prepare regular reports (monthly share registrar report, Investor Relations report, Investor Newsletter, Investor Presentation) to comply with the capital market regulation and part of good corporate governance practice.


• Prepare materials and manage the content of the company’s website as a source of updates and reliable information for public.


• Assist in the preparation process of the company’s annual report to comply with the capital market regulation.


• Assist in the preparation process of AGM, Public Expose, conference, roadshow, analyst meeting to comply with the capital market regulation and part of good corporate governance practice.


• Building an updated and comprehensive database for the basis of accurate reporting and analysis (list of shareholders/investors, operational data, etc.).


• Doing the industry research, including the peers watch, to get overview about the current situation.

Minimum Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Relations.


• Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university, preferably from overseas graduate.


• Having experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Corporate Communication at least for 2 years


• Strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skill.


• Computer literate and fluent in English (verbal and written).


• Self-confident, high initiative, able to work under pressure and enjoy working in administration and details.


• Having knowledge in the palm oil industry will be an advantage.
