CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (KONTRAK) – (JDB/CSR)


Kualifikasi / Persyaratan Umum:


  • LAKI-LAKI, diutamakan lulusan Perguruan Tinggi (Sarjana atau D3/sederajat) dari universitas terbaik

  • Memiliki keterampilan mengetik yang sangat baik dan cepat (good typing skill – min. 25 WPM)

  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang teknologi dan internet

  • BERSEDIA BEKERJA DALAM SHIFT TIME (pagi/malam) DAN BEKERJA LEMBUR termasuk bekerja pada akhir pekan dan/atau hari libur nasional

  • BERSEDIA BEKERJA BERDASARKAN PERJANJIAN WAKTU TERBATAS (KONTRAK)

Persyaratan Khusus:


  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan jadwal yang ketat untuk memenuhi deadline

  • Memiliki jiwa melayani (sense of service) yang kuat

RECRUITMENT & TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST – (JDB/RTDS)


Organization Function


  • Reports to Human Resources Manager

Qualification/General Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in human resources functions: talentdevelopment/management, recruitment and training.

Specific Requirements:


  • Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment

  • Ability to handle/maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people

  • Effective communicator, able to sell the job to applicants

  • Capability to identifying, analyzing as well as organizing the training program in all level

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing training initiatives in all level

  • Strong coaching, talent management and facilitation

  • Extensive experience conducting training and coaching program/courses would be an advantage

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Computer literate

Job Responsibilities:


Recruitment:


  • Liaise with line managers to ensure full understanding of their requirements and preferences

  • Determine position responsibilities as well as the experience and abilities of the candidates

  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally, use of online recruitment, headhunters or referral system

  • Work closely with HR Manager to deliver recruitment needs

  • Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process: screen and route CVs, schedule interviews, conduct competency-based interviews, recommend qualified candidates for further interview, references checks, present offers, secure acceptance and make rejection calls

  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment material for better recruitment system

  • Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications

Talent Development:


  • Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze and update training development programs to improve employees’ competencies and performance

  • Develops effective source of qualified talents for all business units

  • Develops internal individual talent training development plan

  • Work closely with HR Manager to develope systems/approaches, tools and communications for talent management initiatives (i.e. leadership development, coaching process, etc).

  • Being involved in supporting the planning of learning and development activities to meet organization needs and analyze progress against the overall talent development strategy

  • Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of talent management and training systems/programs

 


ONLINE MARKETING ANALYTICS – (JDB/OMA)


Organization Function:


  • Reports to Online Marketing Manager

Responsibility/Job Description:


  • Responsible to perform statistics for online campaign, including traffic, quality, conversion and other KPI/metrics related.

  • Provide accurate and efficient reporting on results to online team and to support manager in optimizing campaign performance

  • Define online KPI/metrics generator, initiate research studies on the campaign selection and provide recommendation for best campaign channel/media.

  • Monitor the on-going campaign, provide alert and analysis on the campaign trend or campaign result estimation based on statistics

  • Conducting online campaign evaluation and advising a range of the best campaign channel across paid search, SEO and PPC, balancing campaign result and cost

  • Perform data mining, analysis and recommendation for improvement solution within online marketing

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university

  • Total job experience of at least 4 years, with minimum of 2 years of experience in the position of online marketing specialist

  • Demonstrating strong analytical thinking

  • Number driven, good in statistics tools utilization

  • Multitasking job – high volumes of actions to perform

  • Initiative, pro-active approach

  • Able to work hard, even under time pressure

  • Fast learner, detail-minded, consistent and very focused on quality.

  • Used to work in fast-growing environment

  • Strong motivation and passion to work in Tokobagus

  • Able to work and communicate well with non-Indonesian management

  • Good English language skills (writing and speaking)

  • Native Indonesian language skills (perfect command in writing and speaking)

FRONT END WEB & MOBILE GRAPHIC DESIGNER – (JDB/FEWMGD)


Organization Function:


Reports to Web Developer’s Team Leader


Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible in creating graphics and assets for mobile application developers

  • Responsible for the look and feel of the mobile app

Requirements:


  • Strong background in graphics design, minimum 3 years

  • Experience in mobile app graphics

  • Experience in web graphics such as slicing, etc

  • Strong background in web development, with 3 years minimum requirements

  • Have a portfolio of past mobile apps that have been designed

  • Knowledge in CSS and HTML is a plus

  • Good to have experience of Extreme Programming such as Scrum.

  • Self-starter with good time management skills

  • Good to have experience of OnTimeNow project management tool

SALES CONSULTANT – (JDB/SC)


Job Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Sales Manager on the annual business plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, to establish upcoming sales quotas.

  • Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities

  • Accurately forecasting opportunities on realistic assessments

  • Strategically managing the pipeline of opportunities

  • Meeting internal metrics including: call/visit volume, number of opportunities, and closed business

  • Qualify business opportunities by proactively initiating outbound calls/visits to senior level management and probing prospects to determine needs

  • Utilize and manage prospect information with a comprehensive customer relationship management system

  • Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner

  • Research prospective industries and companies to assess their suitability for our website services

  • Prepare presentations and cost proposal

  • Other duties as assigned within job function

Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities):


  • Candidate should have a min. of 4 years sales experience (solution sales approach), preferably in relationship-based selling, and an in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer , relationship management

  • Consistent track record of success in closing business and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities

  • Having an excellent understanding of company’s businesses
