Our Asian network continues to expand, and we are looking for additional manpower in our Services Asia team, based in Indonesia, as the following position :

 

SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.


• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.


• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.


• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.


• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.


• Communicate and report new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Regional Sales Manager


• Prepare and provide status reports, including activity, opportunities, follow-up, and adherence to goals.


• Coordinate with company staff and related personal to accomplish the work required to close sales.


• Handle miscellaneous document administration such as quotation, purchase order etc.

Qualifications :

• Minimum : Bachelor’s degree


• Indonesian Nationality


• Age between 25-35 years old


• Minimum 2-3 year experiences in manufacturing industry


• Experience in plastic processing and moulding is a plus.


• Good command of spoken and writing in English.


• Strong communication skill, initiative, self-motivated and ability to work independently


• Interpersonal skills.


• Able to work under pressure.


• Computer literacy ex. MS office, Word, Excel, PPT.

ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN SUPPORT

Qualifications :

• Bachelors’ degree in major accounting with 2 – 3 years experiences.


• Proficient in using computers (MS Office, e-mail, & Internet programs)


• Able to work A/R, A/P, Tax, Vat., and know accounting system.


• Ability to generate creative solution to problems


• Good command in both spoken and written English


• Self-motivated and good attitude


• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality


• Reliable, good team player, able to work under pressure and systematic thinking

Job Description :

Administrative tasks

• Coordinate with Piovan-Sales team and Italy about customers’ orders.


• Control Office expenses as budgeted


• Maintain & Control Leased and service Contracts


• Centralization of purchasing orders of all office supplies and stationary


• Organize staff’s travelling such as travel insurance, air ticket and accommodation.


• Provide general administrative assistance to staff


• Other tasks as assigned by General manager.

Accounting tasks

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the accounting function within the company


• Coordinate with the consulting company on tax submission and Piovan Asia Pacific Ltd., Bangkok – Accounting Dept. for book keeping.


• Ensuring that all accounting related matters within are handling in an appropriate manner and within the required timeframe


• Strongly payment collection abilities


• Other tasks as assigned by Piovan Asia Pacific Ltd., Bangkok – Accounting Dept.
