Jakarta, Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational engineering company that manufactures facilities that offer technical solutions to heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design engineers, consultants and building owners. Our respected client is seeking a mechanical engineer with at least 3 years’ experience with products used in HVAC (chilled water) systems, such as chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps and Control valves, for the job of Technical Engineer, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will act as a local country expert to offer hydronics solution to the market.

Key job responsibilities will include:

• Develop relationship and work closely with M&E Consultants, Owners-developers and Design-Build contractors


• Identify HVAC projects at the early design stage and provide engineered solutions so that they are used in the design


• Conduct regular technical presentation, product demonstrations, seminars and visit targeted customers and appointed distributions


• Testing, commissioning and resolving complex issues on site


• Involve in generating business forecast and to achieve monthly and annual targets

Job Requirements

• Diploma, degree or equivalent in mechanical or related engineering field


• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably with products used in HVAC (chilled water) systems, such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps, Control valves
