INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – MTID-IS
(Jakarta, Indonesia)
Responsibility
Inside Sales Representatives are mostly stay in the office and responsible for selling and renew current service contracts over the phone and internet. They also include handling questions and complaints about the products or services as well.
Description:
- Generating and updating maintenance information in database system
- Generating maintenance agreement for customers
- Generating renewal quotes before the maintenance licenses expire to customers
- To follow up & coordinate with CAM/PM on renewal quotes
- Call sales leads over the phone and internet
- Generating reports for internal use
Requirements:
- College qualification ideal
- 2yr+ Administration experience preferably in sales processes
- Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
Other:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be good in Maths and calculation
- Meticulous, attention to details
- Detail orientated with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Handle confidential information with complete integrity
- Ability to work as a team player
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure
PRODUCT CONSULTANT – MTID
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for proofs of concept requirement, installation and post sales activities for employer’s suite of network security products, to support customer in maintenance related issues, to provide technical support and consultations on solving customer’s technical problems in ensuring customer satisfaction and to provide product training to our resellers/ end- users
- Responsible for product presentation, system design and specifications compilation/ compliance
- Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
- Coordinate with all necessary officers, employees and staff of employer and all other persons, companies or entities as may be required by Employer
- Perform such other assignments which are necessarily related to or inherent with the forgoing as well as others as may be required by Employer
REQUIREMENTS:
- A self-driven individual who can work independently
- A business and sales-oriented individual
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in networks or security environment is preferred
- Familiar with products like SecurID, Security Analytics, IPV, DLP and Archer etc
- Preferably candidate should have experience in IT distribution environment.
- Experience working in distributor environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Conversant in English
PRODUCT MANAGER (Jakarta, Indonesia) – MTID-PM
(Jakarta, Indonesia)
Responsibility
- Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products and services in Indonesia
Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- A good sales track record of computer networks and internet security will be an advantage
- Preferably candidate should have experience in IT Distribution experience
- Familiar with Security products like Firewall, Content Security, QOS, IPS, Audio and etc
- Full time position available
PRODUCT MANAGER (Surabaya, Indonesia) – MTID-SALES-PM SURABAYA
Responsibility
