In line with our continuous business growth in Asia-Pacific, we are seeking for the high caliber candidate to join our team.

SITE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and control of the construction project after the design stage right through to completion and handing over of the facility

• Supervise and organize daily works on of all construction site/sub-contractors activities.

• Enforces work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements

• Liaise with colleges, sub contractors and clients to ensure that the job is completed safely, undertaken to required designs, specifications, standards and HSQE requirements while ensuring the construction schedule is maintained.

• Ensure that quantities and quality of completed work items as agreed with sub-contractors.

• Maintains daily & monthly site progress reports

• Maintain the nescessary reports

Qualification:-

• Male, age 35 years old and above

• Minimum 10 years of experiences

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Degree in Engineering, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is prefered

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, English Communication

 

Current Site Location : Malang

Futute Site Location: Pasuruan, Mojokerto

Employment Terms : Yearly Contract
