LEGAL SPECIALIST

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose. Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project in RPX group

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law


• Minimum 1 year experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• Good command in English, both written and spoken


• Computer literate


• Technical and practical knowledge in legal aspects and matters


• Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document


• Ability to deal with complexity while maintaining composure


• Good time management


• Service oriented and pro-active


• Good interpersonal and communications skills

 

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Perform recruitment activities, which include creating vacancy advertisements, selection of applicants, interview and provide recommendations to obtain qualified candidate(s) for vacant positions

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology or equivalent.


• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.


• Full-Time positions available.


• Ability to conduct structured interview


• Good analytical ability in matching job requirements and person specification


• Ability in creating effective recruitment process


• Knowledge in the use and interpretation of personality profiling

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct and control quality management system for the RPX Group including feedback and recommendation for corrective actions through the implementation of quality programs such as ISO 9000 and special projects for operations activity to achieve and ensure RPX services are in accordance to the international quality standards and provide continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Industrial engineering


• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in process engineering, improvement and measurement, preferably in logistics and/or express company.


• Minimum 2 years managerial experience


• Computer literate


• Fluent in English (written and verbal)


• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology, ISO 9000 process and implementation and quality system audit is an advantage


• Strong analytical skills


• Good communications and interpersonal skills


• Strong leadership and managerial skills.


• Good presentation and negotiation skills


• Ability to staff qualified people.


• Experience in developing applying industry best practice concepts


• Good knowledge of process operations in logistics and Express industry will be an advantage

 

PEKANBARU BRANCH MANAGER (BM-PKU)

Pekanbaru (Riau)

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct and control all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective branch operation and market FedEx services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation and penetration in an effort to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering


• Minimum of 3 years experience Land industry, Domestic sea and Air Freight


• Having a wide range of network in International/Domestic Express, Sea and air Freight and Land Industry


• Experience in handling branches operations in an express company


• Knowledge of express and distribution industry


• Good command of English (both written and verbal).


• Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)


• Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Good personality and communication skill


• Creative, dynamic and hardworking


• Integrity, loyal, honest and strong motivated


• Good Filing and Administration


• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.


• Must have own car


• Will be placed at RPX Pekanbaru Branch
