MAINTENANCE STAFF

Jakarta Timur (Jakarta Raya) – Ciracas, Jakarta Timur

Requirements:

• Pria, umur maks. 30 tahun


• Pendidikan Min. STM/SMK Jurusan Teknik Mesin , Elektronic / Mesin Pendingin


• Pengalaman min.1 th diutamakan


• Mengerti sistem kelistrikan ( motor listrik, analisa rangkaian)


• Mengerti mesin produksi ( show case, chiller & frozen )


• Dapat mengoprasikan komputer ( Ms. Office )


• Lebih disukai memiliki SIM C / SIM A


• Lebih disukai berpengalaman sebagai Maintenance Staff di Perusahaan industri makanan

 

HR & GA SECTION HEAD

Jawa Barat

Requirements:

• Age max 33 years old


• Male


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field from reputable university ( Preffered in Law, Psychology or Industrial Technology)


• At least 2 years experience in similar position


• Have an experience in litigation, handling social security labour, and maintain relation with governance


• Have good initiative and problem solving skills


• Have good ability to analytical thinking, good communication and negotation skills


• Able to good communicate with all level of employees


• Strong leadership, adaptability & service oriented


• Able to conduct training with great communication


• Having knowledge of training need analysis


• Have experience as tester of Psychological test


• Have knowledge of Competency Base Interview is a plus


• Computer literate (Ms.Office)


• Have good communication & interpersonal skills


• Will be placed in Bandung

 

LEGAL MANAGER

Jakarta Raya – Ciracas

Requirements:

• Max. 40 years old


• Min. Bachelor degree in law / Advocate is an advantage


• Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating Retail business


• Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents preparation, litigation, employment regulation, contract negotiation and Industrial Relation


• Expert in contract reviews such as PPJB, contract letters that connected with the company


• Good negotiation and communication skill


• Expert in drafting the concept of law contract


• Lisence in PERADI is an advantage


• At least 5 years experiences as Legal Manager

 

ENGINEERING DEPT. HEAD

Jakarta Timur (Jakarta Raya) – Ciracas

Requirements:

• Male, max. 35 years old


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering


• Excellent Communication skill, strong leadership and managerial skill


• Experienced min. 3 years in the same position


• Have good knowledge on Electrical System, Production machine, Freezer (Chiller), Air Conditioning
