DEVELOPER RELATION MANAGER
Tangerang (Banten) – Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:
- Build business partnership (with tenant, developer, & supplier)
- Review rental & service charge fee
- Evaluate business contract & maximize space productivity
- Formulate pricing of leasing
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Male / Female, max 40 Years old
- Min. 5 years experiences handling developer relation in retail/ tenant leasing/ sales & marketing in property
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
EXPANSION MANAGER
Tangerang (Banten) – Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:
- Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
- Determine real estate standard and category
- Create lease agreement
- Negotiation with landlord
- Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Male / Female, max 40 Years old
- Min. 7 years experiences handling expansion in retail/ banking/property analyst.
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
