Requirements:

• Control performance appraisal (KPI)


• Perform employee development; handling assessment, scholarship and conceptualized career path in organization


• Revised competencies and job description as needed


• Bachelor /Master of Psychology. Min GPA 2.75 (S1) and 3.00 (S2) out of 4.00


• 2-3yrs experience in related position.


• Max age 35 years old
