COMPLEX MANAGER FOR CIREBON (CODE: CMC)

Cirebon (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the day to day management of the Complex and ensuring the achievement of the operating budget

Requirements:

• Graduate from S1 or bachelor degree


• At least 5 years related experiences working in the same position


• Strong knowledge regarding Leasing administration and regulation, Building regulation and Maintenance programs (including safety and security procedures)


• Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill


• Willing to be placement in Cirebon


• English proficiency both oral and written is a must

IT AUDIT MANAGER – IDM

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

To Plan, organize and supervise the execution of information technology audits (focus on general controls and application controls) and render reports to the appropriate concerned managers and senior management with refer to Internal Audit charter and code of ethics.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Accounting and professional certification CISA or CIA preferred


• Having at least 3 years Audit and IT experience preferably in the retail industry


• Having experience in doing IT General and application control and in performing massive data and processing as well.


• Having knowledge in SQL Server database, query language and Visual Basic is a must


• Hands on information technology competencies


• Having strong leadership skill and manage and coach audit team, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications skill and able to interact with other business managers.


• English proficiency both oral and written is essential

PROJECT MANAGER – CODE PM

Responsibilities:

To lead large system implementation teams, to manage all aspects of large scale system implementations, inclulding Business Process Design, Solutions Delivery, Testing and transition and Change Management. Candidate must be able to interact with individual at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.


• Having at least 10 years of working experience, in the related field is required for this position


• Project Management and Team Leadership skills are essential


• Preferable Senior Executives specializing in Project management


• ERP (SAP) implementation experience will be an added advantage


• Candidate must have a good understanding of financial budgeting and management


• Retail experience would be advantageous


• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status


• Good English communication skill, written and verbal


• Outstanding inter-personal communications skills


• Must be flexible to travel throughout South East Asia

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

To make sure manpower needs in Distribution Center (Cibitung area) are sufficient and efficient by implementing redeployment, recruitment and career development, and to make sure all HR practies handled appropriately according to company policy and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Young and energetic with ambition to develop company interest & image with Human Resource and industrial relation function


• Having a bachelor or master degree any discipline


• Having at least 3 years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding about labour law and its practices


• Strong knowledge of HR Development, Industrial Relations especially liaise and communications with government and society


• Good team player


• English proficiency both oral and written is essential


• Willing to be place at Cibitung (Bekasi)
